 5.1 After the initial installation of the equipment, check the surrounding working conditions and electrical connections again, and find no abnormal conditions
5.2 Switch on the corresponding power and air source, so that the equipment is in the shutdown state, ready for no-load debugging
5.3 First operate the "clamp/release" knob to check whether the clamping cylinder is working, and adjust the speed control connector to ensure that the expansion speed of the cylinder piston rod is within the safe range
5.4 Check the counter and timer operation instructions, adjust the counting parameters and time parameters in line with the working conditions (after-sales personnel will generally explain on site)
5.5 Press the "Start" button to automatically start the device, and shake the cylinder according to the set parameters
5.6 During the leveling maneuver, pay attention to the expansion and expansion speed of the leveling cylinder, and the speed can be controlled by adjusting the speed control joint
5.7 Let the equipment stop by itself according to the set parameters, and then turn over the rack to restore the initial state, that is, the gas cylinder is in the upright state
5.8 Find the air source pre-processor (binary), check the supply air source pressure, and try to adjust it to about 0.6MPa.
5.9 Place the test cylinder on the cylinder shaker and carry out the load test

5.10 First operate the cylinder clamp, then click the "Start" button to make the shaker work
5.11 During the full load test, the tester is strictly prohibited from leaving the post
5.12 During the full load test, observe the cylinder shaking speed and whether the compressed cylinder is shifted
5.13 After the full load test is completed, debug the equipment again according to the operation condition until it meets the requirements of the working condition
5.14 Check the fastening of the whole shaking machine, and it can be used normally after completion
