2. Switch on the corresponding power and air source, so that the equipment is in the shutdown state, ready for no-load debugging
3. Operate the knob "horizontal/upright" to check whether the rotating cylinder moves, and adjust the speed control joint to make the cylinder piston rod expansion speed within the safe use range
4. Operate the knob "Forward or reverse", select the direction of the bottle rolling, and press the start button to start the bottle rolling action
5. Adjust the frequency by hand adjusting the box knob of the inverter to realize the speed adjustment of the rolling bottle and adjust the appropriate speed.
Note: Do not completely stop the rolling bottle rotation, change the rolling bottle rotation to prevent damage to the reducer.
6. Read the timer parameter setting instruction manual of the random data and set the rolling time of the bottle
7. After the above action test is completed and there is no abnormal condition, the full load test is carried out
8. After the full load test is completed, debug the equipment again according to the operation condition until it meets the requirements of the working condition
Note: During the full load test, after the gas cylinder is put in place, the protective railing should be put down to prevent the gas cylinder from distorting to dislocation, causing accidents
9. Check the bottle rolling machine fastening and can be used normally after completion
