bottle rolling machine (hereinafter referred to as bottle rolling machine) is a special equipment specially used for rolling polishing inside the gas cylinder or rolling mixing the gas in the bottle, which is conducive to the full mixing of the gas and improves the quality of subsequent use. The functions of this equipment include: controlling the vertical or horizontal position of the flip frame through the manual valve. The equipment is a double-station model and can realize the rolling of two gas cylinders at the same time.
This equipment is a non-standard special equipment with the advantages of adjustable bottle rolling speed, duration, and steering, large load bearing, wide range of applicable gas cylinders, safety and reliability, simple operation, worry-free and labor-saving. It is an ideal equipment for mixing gases and gas-liquid mixtures in various gas cylinders.
This equipment is equipped with a separate electric control operation box, and is equipped with a manual adjustment box and a timer to facilitate the change of speed and timing setting parameters, and realize the start and stop of the equipment through the electric control logic system.
