 Hydrostatic Test Machine for Seamless Cylinder 

Hydrostatic Test Machine is used for water jacket method hydrostatic testing for the different kinds of gas cylinders that require volumetric expansion testing during their manufacturing, inspection and evaluation.
The test machine is designed andmanufactured according to GB/T9251-1997 Hydrostatic Testing Method for Gas Cylinder and American DOT standard.
Working principle:
The control system of this test device is a computer - controlled hydrostatic test system operating under the Windows 7 operating system. The test device consists of a control cabinet, a water volume acquisition and pressurization system, a hydrostatic test water jacket, a gas cylinder lifting device (optional), a weighing electronic scale (optional), etc.
 
The control software of the test device adopts standard industrial control software and can generate an executable file that can run independently. It is a true 32 - bit/64 - bit compiler. For example, on a computer at a network node, operations such as weighing gas cylinders, setting hydrostatic test parameters, printing hydrostatic test reports, and viewing hydrostatic test results can be completed.
 
The test device is designed with a maximum working pressure of 51Mpa. The actual test pressure control accuracy is not lower than 10Psig, and the actual water level measurement accuracy is not lower than 0.1g. When the test device is working, it has a high degree of operation automation. After entering the test gas cylinder number, under normal circumstances, only a few key presses are required to complete the process from weighing to finishing the hydrostatic test. During the test, the relationship curves of time/pressure, time/water volume/pressure/water volume during the test process can be dynamically displayed in a graphical manner. The test device saves all the data of the test process, and users can view all the test data and various test curves of the tested gas cylinders whenever needed. In order to improve the work efficiency of the hydrostatic test, a set of devices is equipped with two water jackets.
 
The main functions of the test device include:
 
1.Setting of hydrostatic test parameters for gas cylinders;
2.Hydrostatic test for standard cylinders;
3.Displaying the test parameters and test process of gas cylinders that have undergone hydrostatic tests;
4.Outputting the hydrostatic test report for standard cylinders;
5.Hydrostatic test for gas cylinders;
6.Weighing of gas cylinders;
7.Outputting the hydrostatic test report.
