Vertical Cylinder Valve Loading and Unloading Machine:

 

It is applicable to the loading and unloading of cylinder valves for various gas cylinders with a diameter ranging from φ279 to φ450mm and a height ranging from 400 to 1850mm. The operation is simple, and the performance is safe and reliable.

 

During operation, the gas cylinder stands upright on the equipment base. After being fixed by hydraulic clamping, the cylinder valve is loaded and unloaded from above. The torque can be set on the digital display meter of the electrical control box on the side of the equipment.

Equipped with a 3.0kW motor and a spindle with a speed of 8r/min, it is driven by an air source of 0.5 - 0.8MPa. The torque is precisely regulated by a 2000NM torque sensor, and a digital display meter provides real - time monitoring. The equipment is equipped with a hydraulic power pack, a brake reducer buffer system, and a lifting device. Three sets of tooling are provided as standard, which can adapt to gas cylinders of various specifications and efficiently complete the task of cylinder valve loading and unloading.
