The acetylene gas cylinder inspection line is an intelligent inspection system designed for acetylene gas cylinders with a nominal volume of 30 - 120L and a diameter of Φ219 - Φ426mm. It strictly adheres to national standards such as GB/T9251 for hydrostatic tests and GB/T12137 for air - tightness tests.

 

This inspection line integrates automated flow - line operation capabilities and can complete the entire process of inspection, including cylinder appearance inspection, wall thickness measurement, hydrostatic tests, air - tightness tests, and non - destructive testing. It can meet the high - efficiency demand of annual inspection of 5000 - 15000 vehicle - used natural gas cylinders.

 

Through a computer control system, accurate data collection and analysis are achieved to ensure the reliability and consistency of inspection results. At the same time, it supports the flexible switching of gas cylinders of different specifications, fully complies with national regulations, and provides a solid guarantee for the safe use of acetylene gas cylinders.

The shot blasting rust - removing machine is a new product designed and manufactured by our company using new technologies. It can continuously and thoroughly remove the oxide layer on the outer surface of steel cylinders. It features high speed, low labor intensity, excellent effect, and operates in a fully enclosed manner without pollution. It can cooperate with various flow - production equipment to complete on - line rust - removing operations, or it can be used independently for rust - removing of steel cylinders on - site.

Acetone Recovery Device

 

 

 

 

This recovery device is designed and manufactured according to the needs of the acetylene cylinder inspection station to remove moisture from the filler and recover the acetone solvent remaining in the dissolved acetylene gas cylinders. The device uses an electric heater to heat and evaporate acetone. The copper cylinder is heated and insulated by an electric heating tube. The acetone gas flows into the storage tank after cooling, and then is barreled and transported out. Further temperature increase can also evaporate the moisture in the filler. It is easy to operate and suitable for use in inspection stations.

Precautions

1. The equipment housing must be effectively grounded.
2. The acetylene cylinders for acetone recovery must be completely emptied of acetylene gas.
3. Connect the vent valve and exhaust connector to the exhaust pipe, and the exhaust port should be higher than the roof.
4. When discharging acetone from the liquid storage tank, turn off the power supply.
5. The recovery temperature should not exceed 92ºC.
